SONICWALL, WATCHGUARD, SOPHOS, FORTINET RETURNS - Please contact us to assist in unclaiming/de-registering your device prior to returning.

To ensure a full refund, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Returns must be created through Amazon within 30 days. Returns must be shipped and delivered to us within 30 days from creating the return. Late returns will be denied.
  • Returns must include the original item that was shipped, including all original accessories, and original packaging materials.
  • Please note, most items we sell have a unique serial number. Returning an item with a different serial number than was shipped to you will result in a denied claim.
  • The return must be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • A 20% restocking fee may be applied for items not returned in their original, unopened condition.
  • A 50% restocking fee or denied return may be applied to items returned in unsellable condition including missing components or accessories, physically damaged, or without the original packaging materials.
  • Any activated license key/license code will be subjected to a restocking fee.
  • If you require assistance with your item after the 30-day return window has closed, contact the manufacturer directly for support.
  • Refunds are issued within two business days of your return being delivered to us.
Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes by using the Cancel Items button located in Your Account > Your Orders.
  • After 30 minutes, please submit a cancelation request through Amazon.
    PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
